Osseous Adjustments - Osseous tissue is what forms the rigid parts of the bones that make up our skeletal system. A chiropractic adjustment can also be referred to as an osseous adjustment. It involves the gentle adjustment of the spine and other areas of the body in order to relieve muscle tension and restore full range of motion.  Chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which trained specialists (chiropractors) use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal adjustment, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function.

Tonal Technique - Tonal Chiropractic refers to a refined and very gentle model of chiropractic that is focused on giving you the most precise and least invasive adjustment possible. This is important for two main reasons. The first being that since minimal force is used to adjust you, your body learns to do more with less and does not become dependent on a large outside force to stay in developmental growth. The second gift of Tonal Chiropractic is that adjustments are given in such a way that you do not plateau. A multi-center study conducted at UC-Berkley demonstrated that people noticed more improvements in their quality of life the longer they were under care and there was no ceiling to benefits! This means that the longer you choose to receive this care, the more benefits you will notice in your life.

Extremity Adjustments - Extremity Adjusting is an adjustment used to correct joint dysfunction anywhere in the body other than the spine. Joints can become misaligned and cause pain in the same manner as the spine. Athletes in particular find significant benefits with this type of adjusting. Extremity Adjusting can restore and enhance joint function, which can increase the life of a joint and keep wear and tear to a minimum.

Myofascial Release - Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout your body. The pain usually originates from specific points within your myofascial tissues called trigger points.

Trigger Point Therapy - Trigger point therapy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on detecting and releasing trigger points. Located in the skeletal muscle, trigger points are spots that produce pain when compressed.

Artho-Stimulation - The ArthroStim Instrument is a handheld machine that aids your chiropractor in performing adjustments. This powerful tool delivers 12-14 incremental thrusts per second, making it much stronger and faster than a typical single thrust administered by a chiropractor.
